  Only negative thing was we went across the parking lot to use the pool/hot tub in the heritage inn and suites. ( the convention center hotub appears to have died lol) which is ok no problem at all but... The blonde older front desk woman was very rude, trashy when she talks and generally seems very unpleasant. She has a horrible attitude.

  Great hotel! Recently updated lobby looks awesome! All three front desk staff where very kind, professional and sweet natured. Our room was clean, beds super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

  They did a great job on modernization and renos. And gotta say, Seasons Cafe is a destination in its own rite and not just another hotel dining room.

  I was at a social event. The surroundings were beautiful. The food was delicoous and the service was spot on. The facility was clean. There was equipment in the hallway for repairs.

  Very nice beds great girlfriend is snoring but bar was helpful off sales love alberta would definately stay here again so far so good cant wait for the 6 am soak and swim . nice job
