  Friendly people but poor cleaning standards. I bought a used vehicle that was fairly clean and just needed a thorough once over. My husband dropped it off at Brooks Car Care to get it "detailed" & we had to take it back because the 2 middle consoles, behind the steering wheel, the vents, the doors, & under the cup holders weren't done. I wiped my finger over the vent and my finger tips had a black film on them. I then spot cleaned part of the console thinking that maybe the leather & threads were just stained. Nope came perfectly clean with just a baby wipe and elbow grease. I went to pick up the cup holders and they were so dirty & sticky that part of my console came out with them(I didn't even know my console could come a part like that). Just got it back the second time and although under the cup holders look good the surface stuff is actually dirtier than the first time: / Maybe better lighting in the shop & changing out dirty cloths would help... I should have put that money towards having my house cleaned from top to bottom for half the price: ( Not worth your time, money, and effort.
