  I have never had someone go above and beyond like Stacey at this Ramada! I was booked in to stay with them this past Monday evening. I ended up on highway 9, just west of Hanna, stranded in a snow storm. I called to let them know and Stacey answered. She wasn't even concerned about the fact I had to cancel my hotel, she was concerned about whether I was okay. She helped me book a hotel at the CanAlta in Hanna, so I had somewhere to stay for the night. She tried to call but their lines were down (power was out), so she booked me in online. She called me back right away to tell me about the situation in Hanna, and reassured me she got me a room for the night. She was looking on the 511 and AMA Road Report sites to try and find out why we were all stopped in this snow storm, and giving me all of the information she could find. I felt like I had a friend watching out for me. I never made it to my hotel in Hanna, because we were stranded on the highway for 10 hours before being put up at a town hall in Delia. Stacey called me the next morning JUST TO SEE IF I WAS OKAY. I was absolutely blown away... that left an unforgettable impression on me. Thank you Stacey! I can't wait to meet you next time I'm in Brooks :) Ramada is very very lucky to have such amazing staff, just GOOD GOOD people

  Really good service. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Food is good. Great gym to use. Very pleasant stay. Will stay at hotel again

  Clean rooms. Good choices at breakfast. Helpful staff. Pool is a nice addition. Will stay again.

  Florescent lighting, so nice, all the ambiance of an office cubicle. Couple with the unfriendly bird at the front desk, not an experience I would repeat.
