  low pay, mean people, write ups for ridiculous things, abusive management. They will write you up for not cleaning the floors properly or send abusive texts to you and then act as if nothing happened when they see you in person. They will also yell at you in front of customers and talk down to you. They expect you to have a constant tan and to also be pretty to help sales happen. Expectations are way too high, they want you to clean the bathroom every night with out using gloves or any proper cleaning supplies and also expect you to detail every room every night which means completely cleaning the beds inside and out, sweeping, washing mirrors, washing the walls, washing the baseboards, cleaning the stools, cleaning the inside and outside of the garbage bins, replacing the bags, and washing the floors. They also will write mean comments about customers on their profiles and talk bad about them while they are tanning. They expect you to push products on customers and force them to buy things they don't want. The managers will only give you your commissions if you meet the expectations for sales. Only one person works at a time so when it gets busy its completely awful. the management are all full of bullies. It is an extremely caddy place to work and if I could give 0 stars I would.

  I love coming in to Fabutan in Brooks. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! Mercedez always goes above and beyond! :)
