  I bought a used Expedition in March. They advertised it as having remote starter and backup camera which was a lie. They gave me $200 off the price for that. After I got home and looked at the papers, they had replaced the engine and I was never informed. Another lie since the SUV was supposed to have 137,000 K and now we do not know how many Km really are on the engine. They put a bug shield to cover a big area where the paint is coming off on the hood. They sold me the SUV with snow tires, so I bought new summer tires and I stored the winter tires. When I got the snow tires out to install them this winter, they told me they were over 10 years old, cracked and unsafe... I thought being a Ford dealer would be a reputable place, far from the truth. My mistake, I should have inspected the vehicle. Just beware. UPDATE! They butchered the power steering line when they replaced the engine and I lost all fluid Jan 2018! Got if fixed, that is how I know about their great mechanic job! DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEARLERSHIP!

  We have been dealing with Harword Ford for 14 years. Tony L. has been very straight forward and fair to deal with, no pressure. He has spent a lot of time talking with us and researching to find the vehicle we were looking for, whether that be a factory order or dealer trade. Jeremy and Greg have been personally involved with after sales service to ensure we are satisfied customers. The customer service people are very professional and work with you to ensure your vehicle is maintained to a high standard. I would highly recommend the Harwood team.

  Great customer service, only down side is mechanics get into to much of a hurry and do not always finish the job. Would go back though.

  As always break downs happen when you least expect it and John gets me back on the road quickly. I have never missed a day of work when i leave my vehicle in John's hands and it always a great experience even though there still the pain of the bill dealing with John easies the pain
