  Good place to stay over night staff were really friendly, some of locals walking past were off putting like being told we're going to get murdered within the first 2 minutes of getting out of the car. Not the inns fault at all just classic drug addicts at there finest.

  The rooms were much better than I expected given the price point. Older building, and needs some maintenance, but the beds are new, and comfortable. The restaurant is also older, but the food was excellent! And food pricing was very inexpensive. We had supper for two, and it was $20 with tip. overall, the room was fine, and the service from the owner and staff was beyond excellent! I asked for out supper to go, and he delivered it to our room free of charge! Would stay again if I was in Brooks

  It is a dive. The place is in much need of a renovation and a good cleaning but the Food is excellent.

  Amazing inn for the cost! The building smelled like cigarettes but our room which was non-smoking only had a faint smell of smoke. The room was really clean and large. The man who seemed like the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly and complementary hot breakfast. Far exceeded my expectations. Would spend the night there again!
