  Room was clean. Beds suck. Fridge needs to be turned down to eliminate hum.. staff friendly. Be carefull of the winter stays as theres a guy that like to use a snow blower for ever which woke me up.. not very nice.. but w.e. also is a noisey hotel. Every one slams doors and the walls seem paper thin. So if your looking for quiet look somewhere else also all you can hear is semi trucks passing by. Other wise price was ok. But im probably gonna check out anyways and find somewhere better.

  Pleasant surprise for the day, nice and clean rooms, friendly staffs and right near exit to highway!! It serves the purpose with being economically and great comfort. We checked rooms before checking in and to our surprise rooms were pretty clean and quite. Overall it was good stay for the weekend. We would highly recommend this place for staying a night in Brooks.

  Good price for a very clean room. Quiet .....Denny's is next door with a gas station. One complaint was no cups or glasses in the room.

  Staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with, newly renovated, super clean! Located close to wendy's and tim hortons! Would stay again

  The continental breakfast was rather limited. Rooms were clean, shower was a bit temperamental as extremely small adjustments would make it too hot or cold. Lots of fast food places nearby along with a gas station.
